Delivery on the way:
(1).Parcel seized by customs: It is buyer's duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice) .
(2).The delivery status has been stagnant for a long time: If the parcel status is stagnant for a long time, we sincerely recommend that you contact your local DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT/USPSto check it out, and we will find out to our shipping agent what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us until the package is delivered successfully.


★Unsuccessful delivery:
(1) .If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused
(2) . If you didn’t receive your package, please contact your local express company to apply for the lost package investigation code and send it to us. Once the parcel is confirmed to be sent to a wrong address or lost by the shipping company after the investigation, we can resend a new parcel to you or offer you a full refund.

 

2. 30Days No Reason to Return / Refund/Exchange

We have a 30-days return/refund/exchange policy, if you want to return an item , please contact us within 30 days once the package is delivered, please send an email to this email address: service@wavymyhair.com. We will not accept the order of returning the package without permission. When you contact us, please provide a photo or video of the product, please ensure that the product remains intact, if the hair has been used, cleaned, or damaged, we will not accept the return. We will provide you a return address, please return it to the address. After your ship your return package out, please send us a package photo and the return tracking number.

(1) If you need to change the hairstyles, color, size, and density, please keep the hair in original condition and contact us, we are very happy to return and replace the products. But you need to pay the return postage.

(2) If you received the wrong package, please contact us, after we confirm it, we will help you return and exchange the correct product for you. We will pay the return postage.

(3) If you open the package and finds that the product is damaged or has quality problems, please contact us and send us pictures/video immediately, after we confirm it, we will help you replace or return the product, and pay for the return postage.

We shall not be responsible for the loss due to the buyer make hair shedding, breakage of hair, or lace caused by improper care, which results in the product being unable to be used.

Note: No matter what reason you need to return your order, we don’t charge any return handling fee. After we receive the return package, we will check it, if everything meets the requirements, we will give you a full refund within 24 hours and the money will be returned within 3 working days.

 

3.Kindly reminder:
★If you want to return it Within 30 days, Please keep the item in original condition, factory condition, as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. Items have been used or washed is not allowed to return any more.
★What does "returned in the original condition" mean?
This means the hair extensions have:
(1) Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored, curled, bleached or worn.
(2) Ties have NOT been cut and the hang tag is attached.

 

4.Precautions
(1) If you want to return within 30 days, please keep the original condition of the item, and the items that have been used or washed cannot be returned. (All returned items should be sent in their original condition and package.Products must be unwashed, conditioning, installed, colored or bleached)
(2) Should I contact you before Return My Parcel?
Yeah, sweetie, we will add notes to your order before package being returned, so please do not return the parcel before contacting us.You must send us an email before we can return our merchandise. We do not accept shipments directly.
(3) Products purchased during the promotion and during the price reduction period are not refundable.
(4) The shipping cost of the return is borne by you, or we can deduct the return shipping cost directly from your refund.
(5) If your goods are worth more than £60 or $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing transportation insurance, as we do not guarantee that you will receive your returned merchandise.The goods are your responsibility until they arrive at us, please make sure they are safely packed to avoid damage on the way.

 

5.Order Cancel or Change:

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us in time, we will cancel/change it for you before shipping the order out. But if the order is confirmed to be shipped out, we can’t cancel the order directly. We can negotiate a better solution.

If your order is a speical custom hair, like cap size/color, once the order has already begun to be customized, we can’t cancel or change it, because the size/color is only for you.
